Brazilian vehicle sales decline 20.1% in September, production falls 2.2%
On October 6 the Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Veículos Automotores (ANFAVEA) announced that Brazilian new vehicle sales (including trucks and buses) in September fell 20.1% year-over-year (y/y) to 159,961 units. Sales for the period January – September dropped 22.8% y/y to 1,508,795 units.
