Audi opens new paint shop at Ingolstadt Plant
On September 20, Audi began operations of a new topcoat paint shop at its Ingolstadt Plant.
Construction of the new 12,000-square-meter facility began in April 2014.
Currently, 650 car bodies are painted there each day, with a maximum daily capacity of approximately 900 cars per day planned for the end of 2016.
