VW reaches USD 14.7 billion settlement with U.S. federal regulators
On June 28, Volkswagen announced that it has reached settlement agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the State of California, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the private Plaintiffs' Steering Committee (PSC) to resolve civil claims regarding its 2.0L TDI diesel engine vehicles.
