Hydro to convert aluminum smelter in Norway into wholly-owned subsidiary
Norsk Hydro ASA and Rio Tinto Alcan (RTA) have signed an agreement for Hydro to take over RTA's share of the aluminum smelter Sor-Norge Aluminium AS (Soral) in Norway.
