公司历程

1935年	公司成立。向梅赛德斯奔驰提供汽车内部照明装置。
1938年	开始从事尾灯业务。
1950年	成立后视镜业务部，向梅赛德斯奔驰供货。
1989年	进军车载高级音响领域。
1994年	收购Tier 1供应商的ULO。
1994年	在美国成立业务部，推进公司全球化。
1995年	将业务逐渐转移至低成本国家，首先，在匈牙利开展业务。
1998年	在斯洛文尼亚成立合资公司，提供视镜及电子机器生产所需线束。
2000年	收购Britax International的后视镜系统部门。
2001年	与Saint Gobain Sekurit成立合资公司Freeglass GmbH & Co. KG，生产代替特定车载玻璃的塑料产品。
2001年	收购尾灯用LED技术及光学产品供应商G.L.I. Global Light Industries GmbH (GLI)。
2003年	在中国成立两处装配基地。
2005年	在斯洛文尼亚建造新工厂，计划打造成面向欧洲的生产基地。
