公司历程

1950年	成立Shiloh Tool & Die Manufacturing Company。生产夹具、模具。
1960年代初	投产毛坯加工件和冲压件。
1993年04月	在Delaware成立公司，作为拥有7家子公司的控股公司。
1993年07月	在纳斯达克上市。
1996年01月	与Rouge Steel Company成立合资公司Shiloh of Michigan, L.L.C，生产毛坯加工件（Shiloh 80%，Rouge Steel 20%）。
1996年11月	收购Greenfield Die & Manufacturing Corp.（密歇根州Canton的冲压配件供应商）。
1997年08月	收购C&H Design Company, d.b.a,/C&H Die Technology d.b.a.Utica Tool and Die（C&H）(位于密歇根州Utica，于2000年10月关闭）。
1997年10月	成立Jefferson Blanking Inc。(位于佐治亚州Pendergrass，于1998年7月投产毛坯加工件和冲压件)
1999年11月	以2千万美元收购MTD Products Inc.汽车配件部(MTD Automotive)1,428,531股股份。
2000年07月	宣布处理工具和模具生产工厂Canton Tool & Die、Utica Tool & Die (C&H)，以及钢铁加工工厂Valley City Steel。2000年10月关闭Utica Tool & Die（C&H）。2001年内完成Canton Tool & Die和Valley City Steel的出售手续。

2013年08月	收购高压铝压铸件配套厂Contech Castings LLC。
2014年05月	收购瑞典冲压、镁压铸配套厂Finnveden Metal Structures (FMS) 的全部股份。
2014年10月	收购美国冲压件配套厂Radar Industries。
2014年12月	在美国田纳西州蒙哥马利群新建铝压铸件工厂。
2015年04月	与苏州三基铸造装备股份合资，在江苏省南通市开设铝铸造工厂。(该公司出资：55%)
2017年04月	宣布计划在该公司的美国Clarksville工厂生产配套于镁制汽车横梁或仪表盘的大型面板。
2020年11月	MiddleGround Capital宣布已收购Shiloh Industries, Inc.的多数股权。
2021年04月	Aludyne收购该公司的CastLight部门。
2021年10月	收购位于印第安纳州Goshen和密歇根州Kalamazoo的两家本特勒冲压工厂。
