公司历程

1932年	创立Guardian Glass Company，在底特律投产车载挡风玻璃。
1968年	公司更名为Guardian Industries。
2000年	在墨西哥和哥伦比亚设立物流中心。
2003年	在英国约克郡Goole的前窗玻璃工厂开始运作。
2004年	在墨西哥El Marques的前窗玻璃工厂开始运作。
2006年	在阿联酋Ras Al Khaimah建造前窗玻璃生产工厂。在俄罗斯Ryazan建造前窗玻璃生产工厂。
2007年	阿联酋Ras Al Khaimah的前窗玻璃生产工厂开始运作。
2009年	整合集团内汽车内饰业务，成立新公司“SRG Global”。
2013年	与发尔特克成立合资公司FALTEC SRG Global (Thailand) Co., Ltd.。生产散热器格栅、车身侧边成型件、其他零部件。
2013年	成立为运输市场定制玻璃产品的子公司Custom Glass Solutions。
2014年11月	将Guardian Automotive Products, Inc.和Guardian Automotive-E S.A.出售给Central Glass Co., Ltd.。
2016年7月	旗下公司SRG Global在中国香港设立亚太区总部。
2017年2月	Koch Industries Inc通过购买55.5%的公司已发行股进行收购。
