1974年10月	公司为现代汽车Pony配套线束。
1984年10月	庆州工厂竣工（生产乘用车用线束）。
1997年07月	线束工厂取得ISO9001认证。
1997年10月	印度Kyungshin Industrial Motherson Ltd.成立。
1999年06月	线束工厂取得QS9000认证。
2000年01月	京信电线作为分社成立。
2000年03月	华城工厂成立。
2001年07月	所有办公室取得QS9000认证。
2002年07月	在中国成立青岛京信电子有限公司。
2003年06月	与李尔（美国）合资成立Honduras Electrical Distribution Systems, S. de R. L. de C. V.。
2003年08月	群山工厂成立。
2004年02月	与美国李尔合资成立Lear-Kyungshin Sales and Engineering LLC。
2004年09月	取得ISO/TS16949认证。
2004年10月	取得ISO14001认证。
2004年12月	住友电装与住友电气工业资本投入。
2005年05月	公司总部和研究中心迁至仁川。
2005年12月	在中国成立江苏京信电子有限公司。
