2013年03月	和承T&C成为全资子公司。
2014年11月	在墨西哥成立Hwaseung Automotive Mexico, S. De R.L. De C.V.。
2015年04月	拆分美国公司，成立Hwaseung Automotive Alabama LLC.和Hwaseung Automotive USA LLC.。
2015年06月	在巴西成立Hwaseung Automotive Industria De Borracha E Comercio Brasil Ltda.。
2016年05月	在中国成立和承汽车配件（重庆）有限公司。
2017年10月	在中国成立和承汽车配件（京山）有限公司。
2017年10月	在印度成立Hwaseung IA Automotives Private Limited。
2018年05月	在越南成立Hwaseung Vietnam Haiphong Automotive Co., Ltd.。
2021年02月	分拆为负责投资和非汽车零部件业务的存续公司Hwaseung Corporation和负责汽车零部件业务的新公司和承R&A。
