公司历程

1908年04月	Ernst Hulsbeck和August Furst车锁、铰链制造所成立。
1920年	首次向梅赛德斯奔驰提供汽车锁。
1935年	引进锌压铸技术。
1948年	向戴姆勒-奔驰、欧宝、福特和大众提供外门把手和车锁。
1955年	门外把手搭载大众Beetle。
1969年	引进塑料注塑成型技术。
1973年	与墨西哥EOSA签订合约。获欧宝颁发“Supplier of the Year”奖。
1975年	开发磁力车锁系统。
1979年	开发电磁车锁系统。
1983年	与银木工业签订合约，向丰田汽车提供霍富车锁系统。在西班牙成立Huh Espana s.a。在Velbert(德国)建造第二家工厂。
1986年	在韩国成立Korea-Huf。向欧宝提供门外把手。
1987年	在英国成立Huf U.K. Ltd。
1988年	批量生产遥控车锁“infra-red”，搭载梅赛德斯奔驰。
1990年	在美国威斯康辛州成立Karman-Huf(之后的Huf North America)。在德国成立Huf Hulsbeck & Furst GmbH Sachsen。
1991年	取得福特Q1认证。在德国成立Huf Hulsbeck & Furst Entwicklung Sud。在葡萄牙成立Huf Portuguessa Lda。
1992年	出售Korea-Huf。
1993年	获通用颁发“World-wide Supplier of the Year 93”。获大众颁发“Valve of the Year Supplier”。
1994年	在中国烟台成立Huf Automotive Lock Co Ltd.。美国Karman-Huf成为霍富全资子公司，改名为Huf- Wisconsin Automotive Parts Manufacturing, Corp.。
1995年	在美国成立Huf-Tennessee Automotive Parts Manufacturing, Corp。在印度成立Minda Huf Ltd.。巴西AMM Brazil从我公司获得许可证。在韩国成立Huf Korea Ltd.。
1996年	向通用Holden(澳大利亚)提供第一批镁制方向盘立柱锁。发表ID装置。
1997年	Siemens AG获得霍富25.1％的股份。获得QS9000／VDA6.1认证。向梅赛德斯提供电子转向锁。
1998年	在中国上海成立Shanghai Huf Liyong Automotive Lock Co., Ltd.。美国的Huf-Wisconsin和Huf-Tennesse合并成为Huf North America Automotive Parts Manufacturing, Corp.。开发、量产遥控门锁“Keyless Go”。
1999年	在荷兰成立Huf Netherlands B.V.。在德国成立Huf Tools GmbH。
2000年	在波兰成立Huf Polska Sp. Z.o.o。 Huf Hulsbeck & Furst再次取得德国QS-9000とVDA6.1认证。 Huf UK被授予“Green Dove Award”。
2001年	Huf Hulsbeck & Furst被授予“Green Dove Award”。首次投产面向宝马7系列(E65)的电子点火开关。投产电动尾门门锁系统(提供梅赛德斯C Class Estate及Coupe)。
2002年	生产2百万套车锁套件，提供宝马3系列(E56)。
2007年	成立Huf India Private Limited(印度分公司)及Huf Japan(日本分公司)。
2008年	回购Siemens所持公司股份。成立Huf Electronics。收购Kiekert.下的电子部门。
2009年	在中国成立Yantai Huf Tools Co., Ltd.
2010年	在墨西哥成立Huf Mexico S de R。
2011年	收购BorgWarner BERU Systems的胎压监测系统业务。
2014年	成立Huf Secure Mobile GmbH和Huf North America Die Cast Corp。
2017年	成立Huf Nagoya Co.、Ltd.和Huf Thailand。
2018年11月	与上海保隆汽车科技股份有限公司[Shanghai Baolong Automotive Corporation]就成立合资公司签署合资主体交易协议。
2020年02月	宣布已启用罗马尼亚蒂米什瓦拉(Timisoara)研发中心的新设施。
