Toyota plant in Guanajuato, Mexico now 80% complete, operations to begin at end of 2019
On February 21, Tom Sullivan, president of Toyota in Mexico, announced that the company’s new assembly plant in Guanajuato, Mexico is 80% complete, and that while plans to begin operations at the end of 2019 are still in force, the official date could be postponed to the first quarter of 2020.
