1965 Founded Zanini Iberica, S.A. in Barcelona
1976 Acquisition of the Company by Torras Family.
1989 Former Zanini Iberica, S.A. becomes Zanini, S.A.
1995 Acquired Wegu Iberica (today Zanini Olerdola, S.A.)
Zanini, S.A. becomes the holding company under the name of Zanini Auto Group, S.A.
Inaugurated new Corporate Headquarters in Parets del Valles
1997 Acquired wheel trim subsidiary of Peguform France in Oyonnax, France (today Zanini France, S.A.)
1998 Inaugurated new manufacturing plant in Queretaro, Mexico (Zanini de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.)
1999 Formed technical & commercial agreement with Indian company Polyplastics.
Inaugurated new manufacturing plant in Curitiba, Brazil (Zanini do Brasil, Ltda.)
Inaugurated new manufacturing plant in Zaragoza, Spain (Zanini Epila. S.L.)
2000 Inaugurated new Technical & Commercial Office in Southfield, Michigan, U.S. (Zanini USA, Inc.)
2003 Acquired Del-Met Winchester in Winchester, Tennessee, U.S. (today Zanini Tennessee, Inc.)
2006 Formed technical & commercial agreement with Polyplastics Industries Pvt. Ltd., for production in Pune, India.
2007 Formed technical & commercial agreement with Farplas in Turkey.
2013 Formed joint venture with Polyplastics called Zanini Polyplastics Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India.
Formed joint venture with Al–Company in Russia.
2014 Inaugurated new manufacturing plant in Changzhou, China (Zanini Changzhou Autoparts Co., Ltd.)
Opened office in Yokohama, Japan for both technical and commercial applications.
2015 Acquired Zanini Industries SPA in Italy
2019 Inaugurated new manufacturing plant in India (Zanini India, Pvt. Ltd.)
