1953 Xuchang Yuandong Drive Shaft plant was established.
1969 The Company was identified by State Ministry of Machinery as the first professional drive shaft manufacturer.
Dec., 1992 Chongqing Heavy Automobile Yuandong Drive Shaft Co., Ltd., the Company's joint venture, was established.
2003 The Company transformed into a limited liability company.
Jun., 2005 Beijing Fuboda Drive Shaft Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.
Dec., 2006 Liuzhou Yuhang Drive Shaft Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.
Nov. 2007 Beijing Beiqi Yuandong Transmission Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.

The Company signed Asset Purchase Agreement with Xuchang Yuanbo Machinery Co., Ltd. to acquire Yuanbo Machinery’s part of operating assets.
Aug., 2016 The Company acquired 50% shares of Chongqing Heavy Automobile Yuandong Drive Shaft Co., Ltd. from Chongqing Machinery & Electronics.
Jun. 2018 The Company acquired the remained 54.73% shares of  Xuchang Qianchao Yuandong Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which became the Company's joint venture.
