History

1968	The Company was established as Xiangyang Bearing Factory.
1994	Adopted the current company name.
Jan. 1997	Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Apr. 2009	The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xiangfang City, de facto majority shareholder of the Company, transferred 95% of the shares it owns in Xiangyang Automobile Bearing at no cost to the Tri-Ring Group, Co.
Apr. 2011	Sold the 40% shareholding of WuhanBoda Electric Co.,Ltd.
Aug. 2013	The Company acquired 89.15 percent in Poland-based bearing supplier FLT and completed transfer of securities.
Mar. 2014	The Company and Hubei Tri-Ring Chengtao Trade Co., Ltd. established a new joint venture, named as Hubei Tri-ring Xiangyang Bearing Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., which was invested fifty/fifty between the Company and Hubei Tri-ring Chengtao Trade Co., Ltd..
Apr. 2019	The Company planned to sell a 50% stake in its subsidiary, Hubei Tri-Ring Xiangzhou Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., to Hubei Sanhuan Complete Trading Co., Ltd.
Nov. 2020	Establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Xiangzhou Import and Export Co., Ltd.
Jul. 2022	The Company established a subsidiary, Xiangyang Xiangzhou Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., holding 76.54% of the shares.
