-In March 2009, the Company combined its automotive trim operations to create a new company called SRG Global Inc. SRG supplies plastic parts for automotive manufacturers. The new company consists of Guardian Automotive; Siegel-Robert Automotive, which the Company had previously acquired; and Lab Radio, which was the Company's European trim business.
-In December 2013, the Company launched a new company called Custom Glass Solutions. Custom Glass Solutions supplies glass products for specialty transportation segments, including commercial vehicles and rescue vehicles. In addition, Custom Glass Solutions is the leading producer of large format, laminated glass systems in North America.
-In February 2017, Koch Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of the Company. Koch Industries acquired the remaining 55.5% of outstanding shares from the Company’s common stock through an all-trash transaction. In 2012, Koch Industries acquired a 44.5% minority stake in the Company.
-In February 2017, Koch Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of the Company. The Company is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries.
