Oct. 1950	Pyung Hwa Rubber Company was established.
Aug. 1975	The Company adopted a new company name, Pyung Hwa Industrial Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1976	The Company formed a technical alliance with NOK of Japan in the area of oil seals and oil rings.
Feb. 1977	The Company established Pyung Hwa Oil Seal Industry Co., Ltd.
Sep. 1985	The Company established Pyung Hwa Ki Gong Co., Ltd.
Mar. 1986	The Company was listed on the Korea Stock Exchange.
May 1987	The Company opened an R&D center.
Dec. 1987	The Company established Pyung Hwa Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.
Jul. 1993	The Company established Pyung Hwa C.M.B. Co., Ltd.
Nov. 1998	The Company and Vibracoustic formed a technical alliance, under which the Company will license-in technologies to design, develop, and manufacture anti-vibration systems from the German manufacturer.
Dec. 1998	NOK of Japan and Freudenberg & Co. of Germany injected capital in the Company.
Apr. 2001	The Company established Seo-il.
Jul. 2002	The Company acquired ISO14001 certification
Jul. 2002	The Company and NOK of Japan signed a technical contract, under which the Company will introduce technology on TVD from the Japanese manufacturer.
Sep. 2002	The Company acquired ISO/TS16949 certification
Feb. 2003	The Company established Tianjin Pyung Hwa Auto Parts Co., Ltd.
Apr. 2003	The Company established Tianjin Pyung Hwa Kigong Co., Ltd. in China.
Oct. 2004	The Company established Pyung Hwa ENG Co., Ltd. through a spin-off project at Pyung Hwa Ki Gong Co., Ltd.
Sep. 2005	The Company established Tianjin Pyung Hwa Elastech Co., Ltd. in China.
Oct. 2005	The Company established Tianjin Kunyang metal Co., Ltd. in China.
Feb. 2006	The Company established Pyung-Hwa India Private Ltd. in India.
May 2006	The Company reorganized its business structure and established Pyung Hwa Holdings Co., Ltd.
May 2008	The Company spun off its anti vibration product division and established Pyung Hwa Anti-Vibration System Co., Ltd. (PAVCO).
Dec. 2008	The Company established Pyung-Hwa America Inc. in U.S.A.
May 2014	Absorbed Pyung Hwa Anti-Vibration System Co., Ltd. (PAVCO).
Aug. 2023	The company absorbed the operations of Seo-il Co., Ltd.
