History

1988	The Company's predecessor, Jiangyin Steel Plant, was reorganized and formed into a stock company, Jiangyin Xingcheng Metallurgy Co., Ltd.
Feb. 1997	Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Nov. 1999	Jiangyin Mould Plastic Group Co., Ltd. bought into the Company and became the largest shareholder in replacement of Jiangsu Xingcheng Group Co.
May 2000	The Company adopted a new corporate name, Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.
Jan. 2002	Established Shanghai Mingchen Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary.
Aug. 2003	Established Wuhan Mingjie Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd., which is a joint venture company.
Jan. 2004	Established Shenyang Minghua Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., which is a joint venture company.
Aug. 2004	The Company and Milacron Plastics Technologies Group Inc. of the U.S.A. jointly established Jiangyin Milacron Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.
2006	The Company established Yantai Mingyue Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. in Yantai City, Shandong Province.
2008	The Company and Beijing Automotive Industry jointly established Beijing Beiqi Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.
2010	The Company purchased the remaining 10% of the stock of Wuhan Mingjie Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. and turned the joint venture into its wholly owned subsidiary.
Dec. 2013	The Company transferred the entire 18 percent shareholding in debt-ridden Milacron Plastics Machinery (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd. to Milacron Plastics Technologies Group LLC., its joint-venture partner in the U.S.
Jul. 2014	Beijing Beiqi Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture of the Company acquired a bumper production line from Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology at CNY 35 million. The bumper business unit of Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology has become the Zhuzhou Branch of Beijing Beiqi Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd..
Jul. 2015	The Company announced that it will establish a wholly owned subsidiary in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The new company will be called MingHua de Mexico. It will be capitalized at USD 15 million, and investment in this project is expected to reach USD 100 million.
Jan. 2016	The Company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Jiangsu Juhui Investment Management Co., Ltd. will establish a bumper production facility in Greer, South Carolina, U.S. The new company will be called MingHua USA Inc. and will be capitalized at USD 5 million.
Mar. 2016	The Company announced that it will acquire part of the assets of Shenyang Jingli Machinery Co., Ltd. for CNY 69 million.
May 2016	The Company held a ground breaking ceremony for Minghua USA Inc.'s plant in Greer, South Carolina.
Dec. 2016	The Company acquired a 100% stake in Shenyang Jingli Machinery Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2017	The Company plans to set up a new wholly owned subsidiary, Changshu Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.
Jan. 2018	The Company completed acquisition of all the shares of Jiangyin Daoda Decorative Parts Co., Ltd.
Apr. 2018	The Company established Jiangsu Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.
Apr. 2021	The subsidiary Minghua Mexico established Minghua Mexico California Inc. in California.
Sep. 2021	The Company completed the sale of 100% of Minghua USA Inc. to Plasman US Holdco LLC.
