Jay Bharat Maruti was founded in collaboration with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), as the leading manufacturer of key auto component and assemblies such as BIW parts, exhaust systems, fuel filters (fuel pipe), and suspension parts for passenger cars. MSIL hold upto 29% stake in JBM. Currently is has has seven state-of-the-art manufacturing plants, located in Gurgaon, Manesar (Haryana), Kharkhoda (Haryana), Vithlapur (Gujarat) and Hansalpur (Gujarat) which produces 720 types of component and assemblies. The Company has alliance and partnership with SNIC Co. Ltd., Japan, Daiwa Excel, Japan, Yorozu Corporation, Japan, and Ogihara Thailand Co. Ltd.
