Field	Product	Orders
Smart Cockpit	Product range includes entertainment display systems, head-up displays, instruments, infotainment systems, smart surfaces, wireless charging, smart gateways, etc.	-In 2023, the company's infotainment system was selected for platform projects of GAC Toyota, FAW Toyota, FAW-Volkswagen, and SAIC Volkswagen. The display system was selected for new projects of major domestic and international customers such as Geely Auto, Chery Auto, Li Auto, Great Wall Motor, BYD Auto, SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle, Changan Automobile, SAIC Volkswagen, SAIC General Motors, Volkswagen, SEAT, AUDI, STELLANTIS, SKODA, TATA MOTORS, and CAT. The LCD instrument was selected for new projects of BYD Auto, GAC Motor, GAC Aion, GAC Toyota, STELLANTIS, and CAT. -In terms of new products, the body domain controller was selected for new projects of Li Auto, Zeekr, and Geely Auto.
Smart Driving	Product range includes smart driving domain controllers, smart antennas, LiDAR, corner radars, front cameras, electronic mirrors, etc.	-In 2023, the high-computing platform products of the smart driving domain controller were mass-produced and matched with many car companies such as Li Auto, XPeng Motors, Lotus, GAC Aion, and Zeekr, and received new project orders from over ten car companies including Li Auto, GAC Aion, Geely Auto, Great Wall Motor, Lotus, and Zeekr. -The millimeter-wave radar business received new project orders from customers such as GAC Aion and FAW Hongqi.
Connected Services	Focusing on in-vehicle software development and operation services, providing comprehensive solutions including ecosystem and operation, basic software, smart entry, etc. for car manufacturers, assisting them in building overall in-vehicle network ecosystem capabilities and operation service capabilities, and enhancing the overall vehicle usage and service experience.	- In 2023, the connected services business received new project orders from customers such as Li Auto, Changan Automobile, XPeng Motors, Jetour, and MERCEDES-BENZ, and continued to receive new project orders from existing customers such as SAIC-GM-Wuling, GAC Toyota, and FAW-Volkswagen. The products include smart connected ecosystems, basic software platforms, smart entry, smart peripheral products, network security, and OTA, etc.

History

Jan. 1986	Car Audio Electronics Co., Ltd., the Company's predecessor, was founded.
Jan. 1989	The Company became supplier for FAW Audi.
Jan. 1992	The Company established R&D department for local market.
1996	The Company developed premium car audio platform with Singapore R&D team.
Jan. 1998	Mannesmann VDO, the Company's shareholder, acquired Philips Car Systems.
Sep. 1999	Mannesmann VDO, the Company's shareholder, acquired remaining shares of HK Gold Peak Industries Group, making the Company a two-party joint between Mannesmann and Desay Industry.
Jan. 2002	The Company changed its name from "Car Audio Electronics Co., Ltd." into "Siemens VDO Automotive (Huizhou) Co., Ltd."
Nov. 2004	Desay Siemens VDO Industrial Park was built.
Jan. 2010	Desay Industry acquired the remaining 70% shares from Siemens VDO and the Company became wholly subsidiary of Desay Industry. It changed its name into "Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Co., Ltd."
Nov. 2012	Desay SV Automotive R&D Building was opened.
May 2013	Desay SV Automotive Japan Co., Ltd. was set up
Jun. 2015	The Company changed its name to "Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd."
Dec. 2017	The Company was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Mar. 2019	The Company acquired Antennentechnik ABB Bad Blankenburg GmbH (ATBB), an advanced antenna technology company based in Germany.
Dec. 2019	The Company and Fawer Automotive Parts Limited Company jointly established FulScience Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2020	FulScience Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., Huizhou Desay Automation Technology Co., Ltd., and Huizhou Desay SV ITS Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. established the joint venture, Guangdong Weihui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Jan. 2021	Desay SV Automotive Europe GmbH was established by merging three European subsidiaries:Desay SV Automotive Europe GmbH, Antennentechnik Bad Blankenburg Gmbh (ATTB) and ANTEBB Holding GmbH.
Oct. 2022	The company established a wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Desay SV Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2022	The European division, Desay SV Automotive Europe GmbH, acquired all shares in Antenna Technology Center Europe ATC GmbH (ATC).
