Business Overview
-A parts manufacturer under the China FAW Group, a state-owned Chinese automobile manufacturer. It mainly produces chassis systems, environmental systems, engine peripheral parts, and automotive electronic devices for commercial vehicles and passenger cars.
-In addition to its existing five production bases in China (Northeast, North, East, Southwest, and South-Central), the Company has established new production bases in the Yangtze River Delta and Central China. Outside of China, it has a production site in Mexico and a plant for ABC Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG (ABC) in Germany. As of 2023, the company had a total of 66 manufacturing sites worldwide.
-As a parts supplier to the FAW Group, the Company has a high market share of sales to FAW Group companies such as FAW-VW, Jiefang, Hongqi, Bestune, and FAW Toyota. Outside the FAW Group, it began supplying to Geely and BMW, and also expanded the supply chain with ABC of Germany, which it acquired. In the new energy passenger car market, orders were received from BYD, NIO, CATL, and HiPhi Motor. In the commercial vehicle field, the Company's driveshaft and radiator subsidiaries were designated as suppliers to foreign OEMs in China. Outside of China, it established and expanded its U.S. and European operations and enhanced R&D capabilities. Its Pump Division won a contract from VW to supply products. It won orders from countries in developed markets such as Mexico, Hungary, Russia, and Brazil.
