Business Overview
-The company conducts design, research, development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive seats, instrument panels, seat frames, bumpers, door sill assemblies, front module assemblies, radiator grille assemblies, spoilers, rearview mirrors, automotive filters, automotive lighting equipment, automotive press parts, wheel assemblies, and automotive electronics.
-The company has five production sites in Changchun, Chengdu, Foshan, Qingdao, and Tianjin and supplies components to several finished vehicle manufacturers, including China FAW, VW, Toyota, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and GM.
-The following research and development is being conducted in the respective business segment:
Interior and Exterior Components Business
- In the development of automotive seats and interior system products, the Company can develop different products for different customers. Through continuous technological innovation, the Company will provide more competitive products to its customers. For exterior components, the focus is on reducing the weight of bumpers as well as body components such as the "four gates and two lids" (front and rear doors, engine hood, trunk lid, and fenders).
Lighting Business
- The company focuses on the development and manufacturing of the entire series of automotive lamps. At the same time, the company is promoting intelligent, electronic, and high-pixel technologies, including the application of technologies such as ADB matrix headlamps and high-pixel light sources, and the integration of exterior lamps with exterior body parts.
Wheel and Press Parts Business
- To meet the needs of decarbonization in the automotive industry, the Company is focusing on the development of technologies to reduce product weight. Weight reduction is being conducted in terms of both materials, such as aluminum alloys, high-strength steel, and composite materials, and manufacturing processes, such as thermoforming and roll forming.
-The Company has established partnerships with many non-Chinese manufacturers such as Adient, Hella, and Visteon, as well as a close joint development organization with China FAW, a major customer in China. The company is focusing on areas such as automobile cockpits, exterior parts, and lighting.
