P.C.S. Machine Group Holding PCL Business Report FY ended Dec. 2017

-The Company is confident that the EV incentive policy encouraged by the Thai government will give advantages to the company as there are more orders from both fuel-sourced models and EVs parts suppliers. In order to meet growing demand, the company is planning to invest THB 100 million in 2018 for an expansion of its plant and purchase of additional machinery. It also revealed that its fourth quarter 2017 performance will decline comparing to the third quarter, but still higher than Q4/2016 as automotive market shows positive signal. For the third quarter this year, the company’s profit was THB 160 million, up from THB 49.13 million in 2016. For 2018, it targets at 5-10% growth or around THB 4 billion of revenue. -The Company announced that in 2017, it is expecting its revenue to reach THB 3,742 million. Although, there are fluctuations in the number of orders, however, it is able to survive as keeps its costs efficiently. For the first half of 2017, its profit was recorded at THB 311 million. -In the second quarter of 2016, the Company began a project to supply pressure plates for a Japanese automaker. The project is valued at THB 90 million.

-In the fourth quarter of 2016, the Company began a project to manufacture EGR ducts and converter brackets for a Japanese commercial vehicle manufacturer. The project is valued at THB 12 million.
