-In January 2015, the former Shanghai Feilo Co., Ltd. switched to the security industry through asset restructuring; Shanghai INESA (Group) Co., Ltd., the former Shanghai Feilo's controlling shareholder, established Shanghai INESA Auto Electronics System Co., Ltd., which is committed to the automotive parts industry.
Pass the Audit
-In April 2014, Shanghai Hu Gong Auto Electric Co., Ltd.， the Company's subsidiary, passed the SAIC Group's AP13 and AS21 (internal code) production line audit. (From a press release on April 28, 2014)
