Recent Development

-In January 2015, the former Shanghai Feilo Co., Ltd. switched to the  security industry through asset restructuring; Shanghai INESA (Group) Co., Ltd., the former Shanghai Feilo's controlling shareholder, established Shanghai INESA Auto Electronics System Co., Ltd., which is committed to the automotive parts industry.

Pass the Audit

-In April 2014, Shanghai Hu Gong Auto Electric Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, passed the SAIC Group's AP13 and AS21 (internal code) production line audit.  (From a press release on April 28, 2014)

R&D Structure

-The Company has three Shanghai Municipal Enterprise Technology Centers, a District Enterprise Technology Center, two test centers which are accredited by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and a joint laboratory that it shares with various universities.

Patents

-As of December 31, 2015, the Company had 162 patents, 43 of which are invention patents, 82 are utility patents and 37 are design patents.

-Shanghai Delco Electronics & Instrumentation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, announced that it has been granted 45 patents, including a patent for its original analog clock that supports the LIN communication on Shanghai VW vehicles. (From a press release on April 22, 2014)

Investment In China

-Shanghai Hu Gong Auto Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, announced that it broke ground for the third phase of its expansion project on May 26, 2014. The plan includes three new factory buildings on 40,000 square meters of land. (From a press release on May 27, 2014)
