-Highly-Durable Brake Hose with Low-Level Expansion:
Use of fatigue-resistant and high modulous polyester fibers for upper and lower reinforcing threads increases durability. Also, by optimizing the braiding structure of fibers, unnecessary movement of reinforcing threads can be contained when pressure is applied, and low expansion can be achieved. The product is installed on Toyota and Lexus IS models.

-The use of resin makes the module lighter in weight by 15%, compared to conventional steel tanks. In addition, resign enables much more freedom in design as well as enabling the module to be lighter in weight and more compact. This module is being installed on the Toyota VITZ.

LED Automotive Applications
Optical Transceiver/LED for On-board LAN (Reference Exhibit)
- The Company developed a solution of an optical transceiver/LED for on-board LAN with a combination of its LED technology and high-polymer technology, enabling a high speed large data communications. This solution allows to correspond to the peripheral watch system. It is expecting to apply for the visible optical communication using LED - communication between automobiles.

Recycled Fender Liners
- This non-woven fender liner is recycled from trimming discards of ground fabric for air bags, securing high-rigidity while much softening noise and shock in comparison with conventional type.

Fuel tank Module >>>Features
- The Company established FTS Co., Ltd. jointly with Toyota Motor and Horie Metal Co., Ltd. to produce plastic fuel tank modules. This could make it possible to produce complicated shape and light weight fuel tanks, while ensuring wide cabin and better fuel consumption. Also the product complies to the strengthening of environmental codes and to reduce the fuel permeability on a ratio of ten to tenth.
- High modulus polyester, an excellent fatigue-free material, was applied for vertical splicing yarn to improve its durability and to achieve less expansiveness. A combination of excellent durability with a high degree of responsiveness.
