Joint Venture
-In 2013, the Company formed a joint venture called "NextLock LLC" (NextLock) with Actuator Systems LLC, holding 51% interests in a joint venture. NextLock assembles and sells biometric security products. Products for both residential and commercial application should be available in early 2014. NextLock plans to expand its applications to automotive market in the future.Awards

-In FY ended June 30, 2013, the Company invested in new product programs, the upgrade and replacement of existing equipment and expansion of its Juarez, Mexico facility.
