Development outside Japan

-In April 2015, established Korea subsidiary ROKI Korea Co., LTD. in Seoul, Korea.


-In Oct. 2014, established Europe Branch Office ROKI Europe S.A.R.L. in Orsay, France.


-In Oct. 2012, established its Bangkok branch office ROKI S.E. ASIA Co., Ltd. in Thailand.


-In Oct. 2012, established its Mexican subsidiary ROKI Mexico S.A. de C.V.


-In Sept. 2012, established its Detroit branch office ROKI N.C.S AMERICA Co., Ltd., in Michigan, USA.


-In 2012, established ROKI Co., Ltd. India Branch Office.
-In Dec. 2010, established ROKI Minda Co. Private Limited in India.


-In July 2007, established Filtech Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Vietnam (Currently, ROKI Vietnam Co., Ltd.).

Contracts

-In June 2003, the Company announced that Filtech, its U.S. subsidiary, won a package program from GM-U.S.A. to supply air intake systems, ranging from air cleaners to throttle bodies. These products are to be installed in GM's new type of passenger vehicles, with deliveries scheduled to begin in April 2005. This is the first time for the Toyo Roki group to win a supply award from GM U.S.A.'s main entity.

-In Dec. 2002, the Company started supplying resin-bonded fluid filters, oil filtration equipment to be mounted on automatic transmission vehicles, to Aishin AW. These filters have enhanced filtering capabilities for removing smaller dusts compared to existing filters made of metal.

R&D Facilities

R&D Activities

-As of September 2012, the Company is engaged in R&D activities on next-generation energies such as fuel-cell systems, aiming to protect the environment by reducing environmental impact.
