The Company is the first supplier in the world to have developed and produced mercury-free HID lamps for the protection of the environment.
High/Low Switchover HID Headlamps
The amount of low beam high light has been increased 5%, and the driver visibility with the high beam has been improved 20% by designing the optical system so that high beam/low beam changeover can be accomplished with one HID bulb.
P&F (Projector & Free form) HID Headlamps
-Low-profile Headlamps with new styling were made a reality through the marriage of parabolic and projector optics.
-The P&F HID Headlamps offer many possibilities for unprecedented lamp layout and styling.
-The height in Headlamps dimensions can be reduced to as low as 50 mm with the P&F HID Headlamps.
Headlamp Leveling System
The leveling system stabilizes the vertical angle of Headlamp beam projection to prevent the dazzling of the oncoming vehicle drivers.
Built-in Headlamp Cleaners
Conventional Headlamp cleaners mounted on the bumper have been downsized and incorporated into the Headlamps.
Infrared Projector for Night Vision System
When the Night Vision System projects invisible infrared rays forward, the rays reflected from a pedestrian or an object ahead are received by a CCD camera and are shown on a display. With the help of Night Vision, the driver can clearly spot a person or an object present as far as 150 meters in front.
LED Headlamps
Multi-lamp headlight with white LEDs as its light source and with a totally new lamp styling.
*Europe, Japan: Japan is now discussing to allow the use of LEDs as the headlamp light source. Europe is scheduled to amend its lighting regulations and permit the use of LEDs in headlamps as early as 2007.
*The United States: The use of LEDs as the headlamp light source is already possible, under certain restrictions.

Infrared Projector for Night Vision System
When the Night Vision System projects invisible infrared rays forward, the rays reflected from a pedestrian or an object ahead are received by a CCD camera and are shown on a display.
