Recent Development

-Merkel NOK Freudenberg Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, held an opening ceremony for its new plant in February 2015. The new plant has a larger production space, which is double that of the subsidiary's former plant, from where operations were transferred. The plant will launch new projects including production of polytetrafluoroethylene seals and large oil seals by the end of 2015. (From a press release on February 16, 2015)
