New Products

-Aisin announced that it has developed a ‘driver-monitoring system’, and a ‘navigation system & high-definition map’ as solutions for Toyota's Advanced Drive support technology. The driver-monitoring system detects the driver's line of sight, facial direction, and eyelid opening and closing with high precision. If the driver's posture is significantly irregular or if the driver continues to be take no action to respond to the system's warnings, the system will determine that it is difficult for the driver to continue driving, and will safely bring the vehicle to a stop. The navigation system uses the latest traffic information to provide support for safe driving according to traffic conditions. The Company has also developed a system that can distribute the latest, high-definition maps from the cloud. These products are installed in the Toyota Mirai and Lexus LS.
