The China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) announced the production and sales volumes of passenger cars (including sedans, SUVs, MPVs but not minivans) for July 2022.
Retail
July retail sales of passenger cars totaled 1.818 million units, reflecting a year-over-year (y/y) increase of 20.4%.
New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)
In July, wholesale volumes of NEV passenger cars were 564,000 units, up 123.7% y/y.
