Chuo Spring Co., Ltd. (Chuo Spring) announced that it will establish a subsidiary, Chuhatsu India Private Limited (Chuhatsu India), in India. The subsidiary will be in charge of manufacturing and sales of automotive chassis and other springs in the Indian market and will procure materials locally.

This collaboration includes a 50:50 joint venture (JV) in India to design, manufacture, and supply transmission cables, and a technical assistance (TA) agreement grants JV access to
