On December 18, Hino Motors, Ltd. announced that it resolved to transfer managerial control of six domestic sales companies that are consolidated subsidiaries of the Company to Ho Tai Motor Co., Ltd. of Taiwan and others.
Specifically, the company will transfer managerial control of Higashi Hokkaido Hino Motors, Ltd.
