Bus Cap, BYD Malaysia sign MOU for Malaysia-based electric bus manufacturing platform in Perak
Announced on August 18, 2026, Bus Cap Berhad and BYD Malaysia have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly develop a Malaysia-based new energy commercial vehicle platform, centered on a proposed electric bus assembly and manufacturing facility in Perak. The MOU was signed in Shenzhen, China.
