Bharat Seats, India, plans additional capex to support Maruti Suzuki's new programs
On August 4, Bharat Seats Limited, in a stock exchange filing, announced that its board of directors has approved the additional capital expenditure of INR 493.3 million for new programs of Maruti Suzuki India Limited in the ordinary course of business, for Bharat Seats’ plants at Kharkhoda and Navyani, Gujarat.
