South Africa auto sales up 15.3% in June, up 12.9% in H1 2026
On July 1, the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa (NAAMSA) announced that sales of new passenger and commercial vehicles in South Africa increased 15.3% year-on-year to 54,482 units in June 2026. In the first half of 2026 sales volume increased 12.9% year-over-year to 315,303 units.
