South Africa auto sales down 3.3% in December, the full year 2023 up 0.5%
On January 9, the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa (NAAMSA) announced that sales of new passenger and commercial vehicles in South Africa decreased 3.3% year-on-year to 40,329 units in December 2023. In 2023, the full year sales volume increased 0.5% year-over-year to 532,098 units.
