Renault Group acquires full ownership of Flexis ahead of electric van launch
On June 17, Renault Group announced that it has taken full ownership of Flexis after getting all regulatory approvals. It bought the remaining stakes from Volvo Group (45%) and CMA CGM Group (10%), making Flexis a fully owned subsidiary. This change does not affect its product plans.
