XPeng becomes majority shareholder of PT Era Industri Otomotif, Indonesia
Announced on May 18, 2026, PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk disclosed to Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) a material transaction involving a change in the shareholding structure of its electric vehicle subsidiary, PT Era Industri Otomotif (EIDO), effective May 13.
