Stellantis Rennes plant, France halts Citroën C5 Aircross production over gearbox shortage
On April 22, multiple sources reported that Stellantis Rennes plant has temporarily stopped production of Citroën C5 Aircross. The shutdown will last three days, from April 22 to 24, 2026, due to a shortage of transmissions. The issue is caused by a limited gearbox supply, which has disrupted vehicle assembly.
