XPeng to change Chinese name
On March 27, XPeng announced on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) a change in its Chinese name, effective from April 1. Its English name, XPeng Inc., will remain unchanged. The Chinese name change will not affect any rights of XPeng shareholders.
