PRO-NET opens bookings for Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV, dubbed Malaysia’s first dual-powered EV
On January 13, 2026, Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd (PRO-NET) officially opened bookings for the all-new Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV, its first Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) and Malaysia’s first dual-powered EV. This followed a 25-hour total livestream drive, covering over 1,100km from Penang to Johor Bahru.
