Westwater Resources, US revises Kellyton Graphite plant plans after Stellantis subsidiary ends offtake agreement
On November 7, Westwater Resources, Inc., US based battery-grade natural graphite developer, announced that Stellantis has terminated its Binding Offtake Agreement with Westwater, which was originally signed on July 17, 2024. Stellantis was one of three offtake partners, along with SK On and Hiller Carbon.
