Tesla recalls 12,963 vehicles over power loss from battery pack contactor
                                On October 21, Tesla announced it is recalling 12,963 2025 Model 3 sedans and 2026 Model Y SUVs over an issue that can cause a sudden loss of battery power, increasing the risk of a crash. The company is recalling 7,925 Model Ys and 5,038 Model 3s produced from March through August 2025.
