Foxconn agrees to USD 375 million Lordstown plant sale, to reinvest in U.S. business
On August 4, Taiwan's Foxconn announced it had struck a deal to sell the former GM production plant in Lordstown, Ohio, for USD 375 million, including its machinery, but said it would continue to use the site to make a broader range of products aligned with its strategic priorities.
