U.S. Senate proposes ending EV tax credit sooner than House version
On June 16, U.S. Senate Republicans proposed a tax budget bill that would end the USD 7,500 federal EV tax credit 180 days after its signed into law if it reaches the president’s desk. It would also eliminate the USD 4,000 incentive on used EVs 90 days after approval.
