Subaru considers U.S. production amid tariffs, changing markets
On May 14, while delivering financial results for the recent fiscal year, Subaru CEO Atsushi Osaki, said the company expects a USD 2.5 billion impact from U.S. tariffs in the current fiscal year if it does not take any mitigation steps. The company is now considering ways to ramp up output of U.S.-made vehicles.
