Announced on November 11, 2024, Malaysian auto parts firm Sapura Industrial Berhad (SIB)’s wholly owned subsidiaries, SIB Ventures Sdn Bhd (SIBV) and SIB Mili Sdn Bhd (SIBM), have executed Shareholders Agreement (SHA) with Mili Tech Sdn Bhd (MTSB) for the purposes of the Joint Venture.
