GM idles production at Flint Assembly, Arlington Assembly due to Hurricane Helene
General Motors cancelled all production shifts at its Flint Assembly plant in Michigan and Arlington Assembly in Texas for October 3 and 4 because of impacts to suppliers as a result of Hurricane Helene, which struck parts of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee last week.
