Uno Minda, India to further acquires 30% stake in Minda Onkyo India
On September 24, Uno Minda Limited announced that it had acquired a 30% stake in Minda Onkyo India Private Limited (MOIPL) from Onkyo Sound Corporation, Japan, for a total consideration of INR 15.32 million. With this acquisition, its stake in MOIPL now has increased to 80% and it has become its subsidiary company.
