Malaysian new car sales decrease by 2.3%, and production increases by 8.9% in August
Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) announced that new car sales of 71,162 units in August decreased by 2.3% over the same month in 2023.
PV (passenger vehicles) sales were down 0.1% to 65,637 units. CV (commercial vehicles) sales were down 22.6% to 5,525 units.
